Yasmin Bentley
Director, Mortgage & Protection Adviser
I'm Yasmin (also known as Yas) and I bring years of hands-on experience in the property industry, having started my journey in the property world from leaving education! From estate agency to mortgage administration, to now being the director and mortgage and insurance broker within my own firm. I have built a strong and well-rounded understanding of the housing markets since a very young age.
I'm incredibly proud to have built a strong, trusted business where clients feel supported every step of the way. For me, it's not just about transactions, it's about relationships. Many of my clients become long-term connections and even friends, which is something I truly value in people feeling like they have a personable experience and one they won't forget.
I'm passionate about helping people secure the right solutions for their homes and their futures, making what can often feel like a complex process as simple and stress-free as possible. I take real pride in what I do and the service I provide.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of one and step-mum of two, and family life is at the heart of everything I do. As a busy parent myself, I understand how hectic life can be. That's why I offer flexible appointments, including evenings, to fit around your schedule and make the process as convenient as possible.

Angela Treacy
Administrative Assistant
I'm Angela, the Administrative Assistant at Bentley Financial Services!
My role is all about keeping everything organised, moving, and on track behind the scenes. I work closely with our adviser and clients to help progress mortgage and insurance applications from submission through to completion. This includes liaising daily with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents, chasing updates, responding to queries, and making sure each stage of the process is moving forward as efficiently as possible to ensure you have the best experience.
A big part of what I do is coordination and communication. I help ensure that everyone involved in a case is kept informed, deadlines are met, and any potential delays are quickly followed up. I also assist with managing documentation, tracking case progress, and supporting Yasmin. We work as a great team!
With many years of experience in the customer service industry, I've always enjoyed being the person who helps things run smoothly and supports people through what can sometimes be a complex process. I take pride in being approachable, reliable, and proactive in everything I do.
Outside of work, a fun fact, I have been a part-time mobile hairdresser of 25 years, I have one grandson who I love and help take care of, and I'm incredibly proud to be the mum of our Director, Yasmin!
